Delivery is free, across the UK. In-stock bikes are typically with you within days - you'll see the estimate before you confirm, and for exchanges you pick the delivery day. Every bike arrives ready to ride bar five minutes: straighten the bars, check the saddle height, done. A simple guide is in the box.
Returns are free too. Whenever a bike needs to come back - an exchange, ending your subscription, or our 30-day fit promise - we email your return pack: a prepaid label, packing tips and drop-off options. Any bike box works, and no cleaning is needed; normal wear is expected and covered.
If the size isn't right when it arrives, we swap it free within 30 days of delivery - no fee, no adjustment.
